TRAVIS'
STORY
Retired Soldier. Master Trainer. Elite Success Coach.
20 years forged by fire. Built for your battlefield.

Who the Heck Is Travis Crutcher?
Travis Crutcher doesn't come from a polished coaching certification program and a weekend retreat. He comes from a world where the consequences of poor leadership are measured in lives, missions, and units that either hold together — or fall apart under pressure.
Born to serve, Travis served a full career in the United States Army as an Infantry Soldier — the tip of the spear. Infantry isn't a desk job. It's a relentless, grueling, high-stakes environment that strips away every excuse, every comfort, and every ounce of entitlement until all that's left is the operator underneath.
That's where Travis developed his coaching philosophy: not in a classroom, but in the field.
From the Military to the Mission
After retiring from active duty with distinction, Travis didn't slow down — he pivoted. He entered corporate America and rose through the ranks quickly, applying the same discipline, systems thinking, and accountability standards he'd developed in uniform.
But it was a defining, life-changing moment with his son that rewired everything. That moment forced Travis to ask the most important question any leader can ask: “Am I actually chasing what I want — or just chasing what's expected of me?”
The answer led him to leave corporate America entirely and pursue his true calling: helping others become the leaders they were built to be.
The Coaching Philosophy: One Shot.
“We only get one shot at this life. Every day you spend in the wrong direction is a day you don't get back.”
That urgency drives everything — the directness, the tactical approach, the zero-tolerance for excuses. It's not harsh. It's honest. And his clients — from Senior Executives to individual high performers — will tell you: it's exactly what they needed.

5 Stars on Google
If you're looking for a coach who will gently nudge you out of your comfort zone… and by "gently" I mean with the enthusiasm of someone tossing you into the deep end because he knows you can swim — Travis is your guy. I've done several sessions with him, and every single time he manages to get me vulnerable, reflective, and laughing at myself all at once. It's like therapy, personal training, and a comedy show had a very wise baby. Travis has a real gift for helping you grow without making it feel heavy. He challenges you, supports you, and somehow makes the uncomfortable parts feel like part of the adventure. I walked away from each session feeling lighter, clearer, and weirdly proud of myself for doing the hard stuff. If you want a coach who will help you level up and keep you smiling through the process, Travis is absolutely the one. Highly recommend!
I was introduced to Travis through work and was very resistant to even going to one of his workshops or having a 1:1 session. When I finally gave in, I realized that he was not just another keynote speaker or coach that was going to come in and tell us the same things every coach does. Travis is down to Earth. He is not your "yes" man type coach. He makes you dig in and discover the root of what is really happening. He gives you strategies to get past things that are holding you back. He motivates you to want to become better at work, personal life, and just be a better person. He is your partner in making all aspects of your life better. He is available as a sounding board and partner throughout the journey, not just a coach who shows up during the workshop or 1:1 sessions. I appreciate that he is straightforward and doesn't make everything seem like rainbows and unicorns. If you are looking for a coach to help your team or even just you, I highly recommend Travis.
Travis is a genuine born leader who is 100% invested in you, as long as you are 100% invested in yourself. He has a relatable knack of connecting with all walks of life whether you are among hundreds as a keynote speaker, in an all-day team building workshop, or during a one-on-one coaching session. He helps you uncover the roadblocks that are holding you back and guides you on a journey to achieve a clearer path to success personally and professionally. His podcasts are my daily shot of motivation on the way to work to keep me on track. There's no magic formula or fluff; Travis is the real deal with a raw talent you wished you stumbled across years ago. So stop getting in your own way and start today.
